"The weekend went off perfectly, thanks to the organization and hard work of you and our staff. Erin and Elena were awesome to work with, responding immediately to any question or issue I had. The food service staff did a great job at the breakfasts, lunch, and social hour. The rooms were set up perfectly, and the few changes I requested were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I gave the food service a shout out at our lunch, and I talked with a few of them individually. I also spoke with one of the managers at the desk to let them know how great everything went.

Thanks so much to Janelle and all the staff at the Madison Concourse Hotel. Our workshop was a great success due to the attentiveness of the staff, as well as the hotel and food. The hotel was in the perfect place to host our workshop and the hotel meeting rooms and sleeping rooms were immaculately kept. The location is within walking distance to the state capitol, lots of restaurants, the street market, and the beautiful lake that we enjoyed from the University of Wisconsin’s Memorial Union Terrace.

The hotel staff, including the conference staff, the front desk, bartenders, and even the shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly. The food was great, and the service was seamless. The event coordinators went above and beyond to assist us with planning and execution of the workshop. Janelle was great at communicating and coordinating with us to ensure we had everything we needed for the room setup, food, and audio visual. Elena was very quick to respond to all our requests to help print documents and bring them up to the meeting rooms, and also communicate about the change in timing for our breaks.

Everything at your establishment was absolutely phenomenal! Very organized, exceptional spaces, signs, accommodations, food, and the service was fantastic! We had everything we needed. (I wish all of my events went this perfect!) This was by far the best venue in which I have ever facilitated a professional event at. Communication before, during, and after was superb. Staff assisted me every step of the way, didn’t even flinch when I needed to make subtle changes.
