Graduation Waitlist

Thank you for your interest in staying with us during UW Graduation 2025!

Our hotel is sold out Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10. If you would like to be on our waitlist, please fill out the form below. We will contact you in the event we receive any cancellations. The forms will be kept on record in the order they are received. You may only be added to the waitlist via this form, not by phone.

Please Acknowledge A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 WILL BE CHARGED TO CONFIRM EACH ROOM RESERVATION. THIS DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER ROOM.Minimum length of stay is 2 nights (Friday 5/9 and Saturday 5/10)All reservations will be pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival date on April 9, 2025 for the entire length of stay. Modification or cancellations must be made prior to April 8 at 4pm CST, 2025 to avoid a full stay charge as penalty. No cancellations will be accepted after reservations have been pre-paid.Rollaways are no longer available.
