2025 UW Graduation Reservations Inquiries

Please Acknowledge A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 will be charged to confirm EACH ROOM reservation. This deposit is not refundable and cannot be transferred to another room.Minimum length of stay is 2 nights (Friday 5/9 and Saturday 5/10)All reservations will be pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival date on April 9, 2025 for the entire length of stay. Modification or cancellations must be made prior to April 8 at 4pm CST, 2025 to avoid a full stay charge as penalty. No cancellations will be accepted after reservations have been pre-paid.Guests will receive their confirmation letter(s) at the time of reservation.Rollaways are no longer available.
