Right before we celebrate spring, Madison turns a little green for St. Patrick’s Day. While Ireland is across the pond, there are LUCKILY plenty of celebrations right here in Madison if you’re Irish, or just are looking for a reason to get out of the house and do something after a long, grey midwestern winter.  Whether you’re lining up for the downtown parade, toasting with friends at a neighborhood bar, or enjoying Irish music and local flavor, it’s a weekend that turns the city into one big celebration. Here’s how to make the most of St. Patrick’s Day in Madison.
