WHAT OUR TEAM SAYS
"I love the UW-Madison Arboretum because it's the perfect place to combine my love for biking and hiking, with its extensive network of trails winding through beautiful natural landscapes. The birdwatching opportunities are fantastic, offering glimpses of rare species in their natural habitat. I often find myself on the peaceful shores of Lake Wingra, where I can relax and take in the water views from my hammock. The proximity to Monroe Street's vibrant and culturally diverse restaurants makes it easy to grab a bite to eat after a long day of exploring. The Arboretum feels like an oasis within Madison, providing a much-needed escape into nature. I appreciate the diversity of ecosystems, from prairies to woodlands. Overall, the Arboretum is a place where I can connect with nature, unwind, and enjoy some of my favorite activities."
