We know that the situation with COVID-19 is rapidly changing, making it hard to keep up. We wanted to let you know what we are doing at The Madison Concourse Hotel to assist you and your travel plans. We are committed to doing everything we can to help you travel safely.

The safety of our guests has always been a paramount concern for us. We have long-standing practices in place for cleaning, disinfecting, and food handling. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional steps based on guidance from local, federal, and worldwide agencies to reduce the risk of spread. 

Housekeeping Services

For guests staying fewer than 3 nights, fresh towels and amenities are provided upon request via contact-free delivery.

For guests staying 3 nights or more, Housekeeping Service will be provided on the 3rd day of the stay and then every other day. The room must be vacated during service.

If you would like to skip this service, please use your Do not Disturb sign on your door. Please feel free to contact us at the Front Desk for our contact-free delivery of any additional amenities

Masks


Masks are not required for guests of the hotel.

Hotel Transportation


We offer transportation from and to Dane County Regional Airport. Upon arrival you can call the hotel from the phone in baggage claim or dial the hotel directly at 608 257 6000.

Hotel shuttles are available to downtown restaurants and attractions within 1 mile radius of the hotel. This service is based upon availability. Please inquire at the bell stand.

Hotel Parking


The Madison Concourse Hotel offers overnight parking to all guests in our underground parking ramp. The parking entrance is located just before our main lobby doors on Dayton Street. Overnight self-parking for hotel guests is $18.

The parking ramp has a clearance of 6 feet with several areas of lower clearance. Valet parking service is currently suspended.


Valet & Luggage Service


Due to COVID safety protocols, valet service is not available at this time; however, our staff will be on hand to assist with luggage.


Dining


Our kitchen is open and serving delicious food. Our lobby-level restaurant CIRC is open for Breakfast 7 AM - 11 AM, and for lunch 11 AM - 2 PM. Dinner, along with an extensive wine, beer and craft cocktail selection, is served in The Bar from 4 PM - 10 PM. In-room dining is available 7 AM - 2 PM and 4 PM - 10 PM.


Pool and Fitness Center


Our pool and fitness center is open and on an increased cleaning schedule


Certifications & Awards

Our hotel has received GBAC STAR Facility accreditation, the gold standard on outbreak prevention, response, and recovery for prepared facilities. We have also received StayClean accreditation through StaySafe Hospitality. Our food service has been accredited through the Ready to Serve program. Our hotel is also included in AAA’s 2020 Best of Housekeeping and the winner of 2020 “Best Conference Center” in Wisconsin Meetings.
