The Gold Key Program is our long-standing tradition of employee recognition. A gold key is presented to the client at the beginning of their event, to give to any non-manager employee that provided outstanding service. The gold key winner then assigns a silver key to a colleague that was also integral in service. Both key winners receive points that are redeemable for prizes with our human resources department.
