Dogs are welcome at The Madison Concourse Hotel for a non-refundable pet fee of $40 per stay. 

• Dogs are only allowed on the Premier Level, not The Governor's Club
• Fee is not required for Service Animal per ADA laws. ADA laws do not extend to Emotional Support Animal. Emotional Support Animal will require a $40 fee per stay.
• Limit to one dog per room; no cats.
• If Housekeeping or Maintenance Service is needed, pet must be out of the room to accommodate this service.
• Vaccinations must be up to date.
• Pet left unattended in the guestroom must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
• Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
• Pet must be always on a controlled leash when not inside of the guest room.
• Pets are NOT allowed in the meeting rooms, CIRC restaurant, The Bar, Governor’s Club Lounge, Library, the pool, and fitness room.
• Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet and properly disposing of the waste.
• Guest will use protective mat provided for food and water bowls. 
• Any damage caused by pet to room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are guest's sole responsibility. Guestroom is subject to inspection at any time and upon checkout.
• Noise/disruptive complaints: If the hotel representative receives more than two complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for the pet immediately. The pet fee is not refundable once pet has been in the room.
