"Literally a block away form out hotel, Graft is one of my most favorite restaurants in Madison. You can enjoy this restaurant alone, with a friend, or with a larger group of people. Their menu is seasonal, but there is almost always a fresh fish dish and made-fresh-daily pasta! One of the most memorable moments for me was when I first had their pasta dish. I could actually taste the freshness and asked the server if it was made that day! They feature small plates and larger shareable plates as well as a great wine list. Their specialty cocktails are always delicious and unique. My favorite is the Profligate Potation."
