Full Time Work schedule is typically Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Must be flexible to work some nights and weekends.
Responsible for the booking and catering coordination of short term (less than one month lead time) meetings, catering functions and room blocks. Responsible for the coordination of some wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and gift openings. Also responsible for the coordination of meetings 60 people and less booked by Sales. Actively sell the hotel guestrooms and function space. Consult daily with the Director of Sales concerning business and how it relates to the success of the hotel by attending and participating in the daily revenue management meetings. Position requires a goal driven, highly motivated individual. Must possess excellent communication, customer relations and organizational skills. - Front Desk Agent

Full Time This position will be 4-5 shifts per week. Shifts between 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM. Must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Greet and register incoming guests, ensuring that guests are properly introduced to the hotel and its amenities. Process guest folios and collect payment. Administer and manage cash handling responsibilities. Provide appropriate phone etiquette to all callers. Maintain efficient and effective flow of information with guests, team members, managers, and sales department, housekeeping and food and beverage departments. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy. Relay appropriate tourism information to guests about local areas of interest. Prepare for guest arrivals. Receive and distribute guest mail and deliveries. Control inventory and distribution of hotel keys. Knowledge of the Madison area and attractions strongly preferred. Applicants with previous experience are preferred; applicants with a customer service background are strongly preferred. Outgoing, pleasant personality a must! - Housekeeping Room Attendant

Full Time Shifts starting at 8AM – must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Maintain the hotel rooms to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests. Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Vacuum entire room and empty trash. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room. Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room. Must be able to communicate in English. - Restaurant Supervisor/Server

Full Time – 3-4 shifts per week. Shifts are 5:45AM-2:30PM. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
This position will require performing duties of Restaurant Supervisor and Server in The Dayton Street Grille.
Supervisor duties:
Assists the restaurant management in daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, communication and training. Performs Host, Server, Room Server, Busperson duties as needed. Responsible for the security of payment and transactions, replenish supplies and inventory. Ensure that all equipment is in operation condition and cleaned on a regular basis.Server duties:
Take and server meals and beverages to patrons in a timely manner. Performs sidework and set-up and breakdown of various stations i.e. buffet, coffee machine. Assist with orders to go. Seat guests and busses tables as needed. Previous serving experience a must. Pleasant, professional personality a must!
