Banquet Bartender

Part Time Must be available for shifts beginning at 3PM Fridays and Saturdays; additional weeknight availability a plus. Hours will flucuate due to business levels.
Responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean up of bar area while enduring quality service and guest satisfaction. Handles cash and credit transactions.
Per Wisconsin State Law, must be 18 years or older. Previous bartending experience a must. Current Operator’s License required upon hire. Pleasant, professional personality a must!

Banquet Houseperson

Position 1: Full Time – AM/PM shifts. Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Position 1: Part Time – AM/PM shifts. Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Responsible for manual set up and break down of banquet functions to desired specification, maintaining A/V equipment, and service and refreshment of functions as needed. Must possess basic English language communication skills; and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment on a continuous basis throughout the shifts. Must be able to work as part of a team.

Cocktail Server

Part Time – 3 shifts per week. Shifts are between 4PM-1:30AM. Friday and Saturday availability a must.
Take orders for and serve all beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Control guest check and secure proper payment. Ensure table set ups and stations are complete. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning of all glassware and wiping down tables and preparation areas. Serving experience preferred. Current Operator’s License required upon hire. Pleasant, professional personality a must!

Dishwasher

Part Time – Shifts are 4PM-Midnight
Responsibilities include: Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards; polish all silverware, platters and chaffing dishes; collect trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage cans and washes and relines with new bags. Break down boxes, crates and removes debris; sweep and mop kitchen floors; perform other tasks such as assisting in food preparation, storing foods after delivery and cleaning coolers, freezers and storerooms. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to communicate in English.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Full Time – 4-5 shifts per week. Shifts start at 8AM
Maintain the hotel rooms to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests. Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping. Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Vacuum entire room and empty trash. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room. Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room. Must be able to communicate in English.

Restaurant Supervisor/Server

Full Time – 4-5 shifts per week. Shifts are 3PM-11PM. Weekend and holiday availability a must year round.

This position will require performing duties of Restaurant Supervisor and Server in The Dayton Street Grille.
Supervisor duties:
Assists the restaurant management in daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, communication and training. Performs Host, Server, Room Server, Busperson duties as needed. Responsible for the security of payment and transactions, replenish supplies and inventory. Ensure that all equipment is in operation condition and cleaned on a regular basis.

Server duties:
Serve meals and beverages to patrons in a timely manner. Performs sidework and set-up and breakdown of various stations i.e. buffet, coffee machine. Assist with orders to go. Seat guests and busses tables as needed. Previous serving experience a must; fine dining experience preferred. Pleasant, professional personality a must!
