- Banquet Servers
- Part Time - Must have a flexible schedule to include 2-3 shifts per week.
Responsible for meal set-up, service of food and clean-up for each meal function.
- Bread Baker
- Full Time - Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Prepares breads, rolls, muffins and pastries from scratch. Must be able to handle large volumes. Minimum 2 years experience.
- Dishwasher
- Full Time - Day and evening shifts, must be flexible
Assumes responsibility to clean all dishes and utensils according to proper standards, places all clean kitchenware in proper storage areas, keeps areas clean and in an orderly fashion, washes pots and pans and cleans and fills dishwasher when necessary.
- Evening Housekeeping Attendant
- Full Time - Shifts are 12:30PM-8:30PM or 1PM-9PM, to include weekends
Responsible for cleanliness of public areas and will also be responsible for cleaning guests rooms, bathrooms and halls, making deliveries and providing turndown service.
- Front Desk Representatives
- Part Time/Full Time AM and PM shifts
Check hotel guest in and out using HIS, a Windows based computer system, answer hotel switchboard, answer guest service phone calls and coordinate guest transportation with the Bell Staff.
- Front Office Manager
- Full Time - Must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the Front Office department. Two year related experience preferred.
- Housekeeping Room Inspector
- Full Time - Must be flexible to include weekends
Inspects hotel guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and lobbies. Must be able to perform all duties of a Room Attendant - will assist in training of staff. Must possess good communication skills.
- Laundry Attendant
- Part Time - Hours vary are 12PM-4PM or 4PM-8PM
Launders, sorts, issues and distributes bed linen, table linens and towels. Also counts pieces for inventory and stocks linen levels on carts.
- Line Cook
- Full Time - PM shifts, must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Performs all prep and line cook duties; must be proficient in working grill and saut'e stations.
- Pastry Chef
- Full Time - Must be flexible to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Responsible for all aspects of the Bakery operation including training staff, member satisfaction and working within budget guidelines. Minimum 3-5 years experience.
- Public Area Cleaner
- Full Time - Must be flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Cleans hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairway, locker rooms and other hotel areas.
- Restaurant Host/Hostess
- Full time - Breakfast and lunch shifts, 6AM-3PM
Supervises and coordinates activities in the dining room. Also responsible for taking reservations and assisting in operations during busy periods.
- Restaurant Manager
- Full time - Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Oversees all operations of the restaurant. One to three years in a leadership capacity of any industry. Work history to include at least several restaurant type positions such as server, host, bartender, etc. Working knowledge of wines and service
- Restaurant Servers
- Full Time
AM Shift 6AM-3PM, breakfast and lunch shift
PM Shift: 4:30PM -11PM, dinner shift
Serves meals to patrons in the restaurant by providing a high standard of quality service.
- Sous Chef
- Full Time -Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
Performs duties in all cook classifications and is responsible for supervision of line staff. Two years management experience preferred.
